You asked, and it’s here! Now you have a way to continue your healing and connections made in the Trauma Tool Kit book study and class. Susan will be leading this monthly support group to facilitate the ongoing journey of healing from stress and PTSD. This group is open to anyone who has completed the class.
Activities will include: Q & A, games, meditations, yoga exercises, Reiki, and information hot off the PTSD research presses. This is NOT your mother’s therapy group. Safety of participants is a priority, and so is fun. Food could happen.
